Young male with multiple praecordial stab wounds. Hypotensive and tachycardic with EMS. Haemopericardium with cardiac tamponade on subcostal window - taken to OR within 30 minutes of arrival. Clotted and fresh blood was evacuated from pericardial sac. Left internal mandatory artery and RVOT laceration repaired.
